
BBC Scotland will broadcast live coverage of two Scottish Cup second round ties over the weekend of 8-10 January.
The first live tie comes from Hampden Park on Friday 8 January, between Queen’s Park and Queen of the South, kicking off at 7.45pm.
This will be followed on Sunday by Dundee hosting Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic at Dens Park is on 9 January, which also kicks off at 7.45pm.
Both matches will be broadcast live on the BBC Scotland channel, as well as online via BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website – bbc.co.uk/sport – with coverage on both nights starting at 7.30pm.
In addition to the live action, there will be updates on Saturday’s ties in Sportscene Results on Saturday afternoon from 4.30pm on BBC One Scotland, as well as further highlights of all the key ties on Sunday’s edition of Sportscene from 7.15pm on BBC Scotland.
The corporation has exclusive coverage of the opening rounds of this season’s Scottish Cup, after which they share live matches with pay-TV broadcaster Premier Sports from the third round onwards, when the top-tier Premiership sides enter the competition.
