BBC and BT Sport have confirmed the ties they will broadcast as part of their live coverage of the Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round over the weekend of 24-27 January.
Seven live TV ties will be broadcast from the fourth round – three on the BBC and four on BT Sport – with the matches featuring defending champions Manchester City and Premier League leaders Liverpool both live on BBC One.
On Sunday, 26 January, Manchester City host Fulham at 1pm, while Liverpool’s trip to either Bristol City or Shrewsbury kicks off at 5pm.
The BBC will also show live coverage of Leicester City’s match at Championship side Brentford on Saturday, 25 January.
BT Sport will be showing four live matches across a bumper weekend of knockout football, getting under way on Friday, 24 January, as Northampton Town welcome Championship Derby County in a 8pm kick off.
On Saturday, Chelsea head north to Yorkshire for a 5.30pm evening clash with Hull City, live on BT Sport, then on Sunday they will cover Watford or Tranmere Rovers against Wolves or Manchester United, with two third-round replays required to decide who goes toe-to-toe for a place in the fourth round.
BT’s cameras then head south for arguably the tie of the round as Arsenal head to the Vitality Stadium where Bournemouth stand between them and a place in the fourth-round draw.
As well as the live matches on BBC One and BT Sport, there will be the usual raft of additional FA Cup programming throughout the weekend, including Football Focus and Final Score FA Cup specials, plus Match of the Day highlights on the BBC and extended match highlights on BT Sport.
