The Premier League fixtures selected for live televised coverage across the 2019/20 festive season have been announced by Sky Sports, BT Sport and newcomers Amazon Prime.
This season is the first year of the Premier League’s new three-year TV broadcast deal, with the arrival of American streaming giant Amazon Prime shaking up the broadcasting landscape, as well as new kick-off times for midweek evening match rounds, which now range from 7.30pm to 8.15pm.
Almost all matches played over the festive period will be available to watch live on TV and online, totalling more than 60 games across Sky Sports, BT Sport and Amazon Prime.
Sky Sports’ festive fixtures are headlined by the Manchester derby, as Premier League champions Manchester City host rivals Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium live on Saturday Night Football on 7 December.
Both Manchester clubs are back on Super Sunday the following weekend, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side hosting Everton at Old Trafford on 15 December before Pep Guardiola takes his team to Arsenal.
Other standout matches on Sky Sports include Tottenham entertaining London rivals Chelsea on 22 December, the London derby between Arsenal and Chelsea at the Emirates on 29 December, Tottenham hosting Liverpool on 11 January, while Manchester United travel to Anfield to face rivals Liverpool on 19 January.

BT Sport subscribers will be able to enjoy 21 live fixtures across December and January, including the entire first round of games to be played on New Year’s Day 2020.
Manchester United’s trip to Arsenal will round off an exceptional day of wall-to-wall live top flight coverage on Wednesday, 1 January.
Other key New Year’s Day fixtures include Chelsea’s trip to the south coast to face Brighton & Hove Albion and champions Manchester City’s home clash with Everton.

Streaming service Amazon Prime will make its Premier League debut on 3-5 December by showing an entire round of midweek fixtures, with games including Manchester United versus Tottenham and the Merseyside Derby between Liverpool and Everton.
This will be followed up on Boxing Day and 27 December with a further round of fixtures. All 10 games across both days will be available to watch live only via Amazon Prime, with kick-off times to be staggered in slots of 12pm, 3pm, 5.30pm and 8pm.
It is the first time that such volume of live football, totalling more than 60 games, has been broadcast during the busiest period in the English domestic football calendar, which could be a sign of things to come for future live broadcasting deals.
Confirmation of the televised games and kick-off times arrived five days late from the original scheduled release, with the delay leaving many fans frustrated at being unable to make plans and book travel over the busy festive period.
Some of the kick-off times will come as an inconvenience to travelling supporters, with many representatives from football clubs and supporters clubs voicing their concerns.
