Sky Sports will show Manchester City and Liverpool’s final matches of the Premier League season on Sunday, 12 May, as the 2018/19 title race goes right down to wire and the top two battle to be crowned champions.

Reigning champions Manchester City will start the day one point ahead of their title rivals. They face Brighton at the Amex Stadium, live on Sky Sports Main Event, with the Seagulls already assured of their Premier League safety, while Liverpool host Wolves at Anfield on Sky Sports Premier League.

The lead atop the Premier League table has changed a record 32 times this season – and there is only one place to be this Sunday afternoon as City and Liverpool play out the final act of a remarkable title race.

Both televised games, as well as the remaining eight final day Premier League fixtures, will kick-off at 3pm, with Sky Sports’ build-up starting at 2pm on the Premier League channel, presented by David Jones, with both live match selections also available via the red button.

Sky Sports’ coverage will feature interviews with both Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp ahead of a decisive final day for their sides, while Patrick Davison speaks to Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk and Geoff Shreeves will sit down with Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany.

As well as the live matches, fans can also follow all of the drama of the final day with Jeff Stelling on Soccer Special on Sky Sports News from 12pm, which will also be simulcast on Sky One from 2.30pm. The panel will include Paul Merson, Charlie Nicholas, Phil Thompson and Matt Le Tissier.

Elsewhere on the final day of the season, the BBC will broadcast extended free-to-air highlights of all 10 games on Match of the Day at 10.30pm on BBC One, presented by Gary Lineker.

There will also be Final Score from 2.30pm on BBC Red Button, continuing on BBC One at 4.15pm, where Jason Mohammad and guests will cast their eyes on a feast of football on the last day of the season, with reports and interviews from all ten games.

BT Sport will also broadcast a special edition of its results programme BT Sport Score from 2.30pm on BT Sport 1, presented by Mark Pougatch and Jules Breach, with guests including Jermaine Jenas, Paul Ince, Chris Sutton, Tony Adams, Michael Owen and Robbie Savage.
