FA Cup 2013/14: 5th Round Draw live on ITV

Tottenham Hotspur and England winger Andros Townsend will be one of the guests for the 2013/14 FA Cup Fifth Round draw.

Continuing the family theme this season, Andros will be joined at Wembley Stadium by his father, Troy, for the draw which will be broadcast live on ITV this Sunday afternoon.

The 22-year-old could only watch on from the sidelines as his Tottenham team went out of the competition at the hands of north London rivals Arsenal in the Third Round.

Townsend, who has missed the last month through injury, previously enjoyed a four-year spell out on loan with several Football League clubs before breaking into the Spurs first-team squad. 

He then scored on his England debut in the 4-1 win over Montenegro last October, a strike which was also voted by fans as the best Three Lions strike in their successful qualifying campaign for the 2014 World Cup.

Troy Townsend is a Mentoring and Project Leadership Manager for football’s equality and inclusion campaign Kick It Out.

A well known figure in both grassroots and non-League football, Troy managed Cheshunt and Leyton FC.

He reached the FA Cup First Round proper while on the coaching staff of Slough Town and Boreham Wood.

Last year he received an FA Grassroots Hero Award at Buckingham Palace as part of the Football Association’s 150th anniversary.

Mark Pougatch will return to presenting duties for the draw live from Wembley Stadium.

The draw will also be simulcast online via the FA website.

This season’s Fifth Round ties will be played over the weekend of February 15-16.

ITV and BT Sport’s live match choices for the Fifth Round, as well as the Fourth Round replays, will be announced over the coming days.
