The race for European qualification headlines Sky Sports’ coverage of the final day of a memorable Barclays Premier League season with three live games on Sunday, May 15.
Manchester United, Manchester City and West Ham United are all in contention as the race to qualify for Europe next season reaches its climax and their final day fixtures will all be broadcast live across the Sky Sports network.
The fourth and final Champions League spot will be decided on the final day of the season, with the two Manchester clubs scrapping it out for qualification.
Manchester United’s home game against Bournemouth is live on Sky Sports 1 from 2.30pm.
Louis van Gaal’s side knowing that a win is necessary if they are to have any chance of finishing above their neighbours, while defeat could see them finish as low as seventh.
Over on Sky Sports 2 from 2.55pm will be Manchester City’s trip to Swansea City.
A draw should be enough to ensure Pep Guardiola will inherit a side in the Champions League play-off round next season, but a home win would hand the initiative to Manchester United.
Sky’s third live game on the final day will be shown on Sky Sports 3 from 2.55pm as West Ham United travel to Stoke City.
The away side know that it would take a mathematical miracle to finish fourth, but Europa League qualification is in their hands.
As always, all 10 final day games will be played simultaneously, kicking off at 3.00pm.
In addition to the live action, Sky Sports News HQ’s Soccer Special, hosted by Jeff Stelling will bring fans news and goal flashes from all 10 games, starting at 2.00pm.
Plus, There will be extended highlights of all 10 matches on ‘Match Choice’ on Sky Sports 1 at 10pm, preceded by Game of the Day at 8pm on the same channel.
The BBC will also have the Premier League final day covered across BBC One and BBC Red Button, as well as Radio 5 live.
Jason Mohammad presents the last Final Score of the season, starting at 2.30pm on BBC Red Button, then continuing on BBC One from 4.00pm, featuring reports and reaction to the crunch games on the final day of the season.
Later in the evening, Gary Lineker introduces the best of the action from all 10 final day games in Match of the Day, at 10.30pm on BBC One.
As well as the race for European qualification, the final MOTD of the season will also feature Champions Leicester’s trip to Chelsea, Tottenham away to Newcastle, Arsenal taking on Aston Villa, Everton play Norwich, Southampton hosting Crystal Palace, Watford facing Sunderland, while West Brom are at home to Liverpool.
