The BBC has picked up the rights to broadcast every match live from the delayed 2020 FIFA Club World Cup.
Taking place from 4-11 February in Qatar, the annual tournament was moved from its original December date because of Covid-19 restrictions.
All seven matches will be broadcast live on the BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport website, and six matches, including the semi-finals and the final, will be shown on TV via the BBC Red Button.
Liverpool lifted the trophy in the 2019 competition which was broadcast on the BBC, when Roberto Firmino struck in extra time to hand Jurgen Klopp’s side victory over Brazilian champions Flamengo.
Featuring the champions of different continents, the Club World Cup takes place in Qatar once again as another test run before the country hosts the 2022 World Cup.
This year’s European representatives are Bayern Munich, who won the Champions League last August.
The pandemic has affected the conclusion of other continental championships, with Auckland City deciding not be taking part, but Bayern will be joined by Egypt’s Al Ahly, Mexican outfit Tigres, Doha-based Al Duhail and South Korea’s Ulsan Hyundai.
Palmeiras will enter as South America’s representatives after winning the 2020 Copa Libertadores, also televised by the BBC, by beating fellow Brazilian side Santos in the final.
No first round matches will take place this year, with host team Al-Duhail entering in the second round, along with three other teams, with these games determining who faces seeded teams Bayern Munich and Palmeiras in the semi-finals.
The final will take place at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar, on Thursday, 11 February, live on BBC Red Button, BBC Sport website and BBC iPlayer.
