FOOTBALL: FA Cup 2012/13 – 6th Round Draw – Live on ITV

The draw for the Sixth Round proper of the 2012/13 FA Cup with Budweiser will be shown live on ITV this Sunday, February 17, as the world greatest domestic cup competition moves towards the quarter final stage.

Former England manager Graham Taylor, an FA Cup runner-up when boss of Watford in 1984, will make the draw alongside ex-Barnsley chief Simon Davey.

When Welshman Davey was at the helm of the Tykes during the 2007-08 season, he led them all the way to a Wembley Semi-Final after seeing off both Liverpool and Chelsea in earlier rounds.

Barnsley’s run was ended in the last four by Cardiff City, an old rival of the ex-Swansea City midfielder, but Davey and his side will always be remembered as FA Cup giant-killers.

His former club are still in this season’s competition and will hope to overcome Milton Keynes Dones on Saturday to take their place as ball number 2 in the draw.

Both Taylor and Davey will conduct the draw alongside presenter Mark Pougatch at approximately 5.55pm on Sunday, immediately following ITV’s live coverage of Huddersfirld Town v Wigan Athletic.
