The BBC and ITV have agreed the division of games for the quarter-final stages of Euro 2012.
Played over four consecutive evenings from June 14, each broadcaster will screen two of the quarter-finals exclusively live, with BBC having first and fourth choice matches, while ITV have second and third picks.
With England qualifying for the knockout stages following their 1-0 victory over co-hosts Ukraine in Donetsk, the BBC have unsurprisingly chosen to screen their quarter-final against Italy in Kiev on Sunday, June 24.
The corporation has confirmed that the BBC TV team, led by Gary Lineker, will present its live coverage of the match from inside the Olympic Stadium in Kiev, rather that its new studios in Salford where all of its live matches have be hosted from thus far.
BBC will also screen the opening quarter-final between Czech Republic and Portugal at the National Stadium, Warsaw.
ITV will have live coverage of the second and third quarter-finals, with Germany facing Greece on June 22, and Spain’s clash with neighbours France the following night.
All matches kick-off at 7.45pm.

Both semi-finals will be shown exclusively live on the BBC on July 27/28, with the final being screened on both BBC One and ITV1 on July 1.
