BBC Sport and BT Sport have made their TV picks for the semi-finals of the 2017/18 Emirates FA Cup.

Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur will go head-to-head on Saturday, 21 April, at 5.15pm and that tie will be broadcast live on BBC One.

Chelsea will take on Southampton on Sunday, 22 April, and this match will be shown live on BT Sport, kicking off at 3.00pm.

Free-to-air highlights of the second semi-final will be shown later in the evening on BBC One, with both matches being played at Wembley.

Eight-time FA Cup winners Tottenham made the last four for a second successive season with victory at Swansea, while 12-time winners Manchester United beat Brighton.

Chelsea secured their semi-final place by winning in extra time at Leicester on Sunday, a match seen by nearly eight million viewers on BBC One, while Southampton knocked out League One side Wigan, ensuring an all-Premier League line-up for the semi-finals at Wembley.

Manchester United were drawn at ‘home’ in their semi-final, which means Tottenham will be in the visitors’ dressing room at Wembley – where they are playing their home games this season while White Hart Lane is rebuilt.

Chelsea have won the competition seven times – most recently in 2012 – and lost to Arsenal in last year’s final, while Southampton lifted the cup in 1976 and are in the last four for the first time since 2003.

The final of this season’s competition will take place at Wembley on Saturday, May 19, live on BBC One and BT Sport.
