Sky Sports and BT Sport will screen six live games between them over the weekend of the 36th round of Premier League fixtures in early May as the 2016/17 season nears its climax.

All of the current top six, as of early April, will feature in front of the Sky Sports cameras for its five live games on May 5-8, with the first of these featuring the return of the channel’s Friday Night Football for the first time since December.

These four days in early May could be key in the race for the title and the top four kick off with a Friday night London derby between West Ham and Tottenham and finish with a Monday Night Football clash between leaders Chelsea and relegation-threatened Middlesbrough.

Manchester City welcome Crystal Palace on Saturday lunchtime, also on Sky Sports, while BT Sport’s live 5.30pm kick-off later that day sees Swansea City host Everton.

There is also a Super Sunday double-header that Liverpool host Southampton, followed by Arsenal taking on Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium.

Televised games for the final two matchdays of the season on Sky Sports and BT Sport will be announced in due course, with live matches on the final day exclusively on Sky Sports on Sunday, May 21.
